Our passion for wild food is truly a passion for good food! We love learning, finding, harvesting, creating and enjoying delicious foods. Much of our wild harvest is gourmet and sort-after by top chefs. On our artisan cooking courses we will teach you how to prepare and preserve some of nature’s finest blooms into both delicious dishes and ingredients to be enjoyed all year. Courses range from drying and pickling wild mushrooms to creating punchy pestos with some of nature’s tastiest shoots, nuts and leaves!
